The main functional tasks and responsibilities of the Head of Uzenergoinspektion are: - General management of the activities of Uzenergyinspection, organization of the implementation of tasks and functions assigned to Uzenergyinspection by legislative documents; - Critical and in-depth analysis of the implementation of concepts, comprehensive programs and measures to further improvement of the activities of the Uzenergyinspection, approved by decrees and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; - Development and adoption of a plan of practical measures to ensure the achievement of relevant forecast indicators in the activities of Uzenergyinspection, its structural and regional departments; - Mutual cooperation with relevant ministries and departments on issues within the scope of activities of the Uzenergyinspection; - Participation in the consideration of issues related to the activities of the Uzenergyinspection at meetings of the Ministry of Energy and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; - Creation of a practical system for organizing and monitoring the implementation of decisions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, the Ministry of Energy, implementation of comprehensive practical measures to strengthen executive discipline in the activities of the Uzenergyinspection, legislative documents taking measures to increase the personal responsibility of structural and regional divisions and their managers for timely and high-quality completion of tasks; |
- Issuing orders and instructions mandatory for execution by employees of the Uzenergyinspection, as well as monitoring their implementation in the prescribed manner.

The main functional tasks and responsibilities of the Deputy head of Uzenergoinspection are: - Ensuring timely and high-quality execution of decisions of the meeting of the Uzenergyinspection, orders and instructions of the head of the Uzenergyinspection; - Coordination, control and direct management of the activities of the relevant departments and structural divisions of Uzenergyinspection and the distribution of tasks between them; - In-depth analysis of the implementation of concepts, comprehensive programs and comprehensive measures to further improve activities in the relevant area of activity of the Uzenergyinspection approved by decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan; - Taking measures to ensure the achievement of forecast indicators by the management of the relevant departments and structural divisions, regularly hearing reports from department heads and increasing their personal responsibility for achieving these indicators; - Approval and monitoring of the implementation of quarterly work plans of the heads of relevant departments and structural divisions; - Making proposals to the head of the Uzenergyinspection on the selection and placement of personnel in the relevant departments and structural divisions, ensuring a high level of their professional skills, competence, practical experience, business acumen and moral and educational qualities, forming a personnel reserve in the relevant departments and structural divisions; - Full and comprehensive consideration and thorough examination of proposals for draft regulatory documents submitted to Uzenergyinspection; - Regular analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of head and employees of relevant departments and structural divisions, hearing their personal reports at a meeting of the Uzenergyinspection and taking the necessary measures based on the results; |
