Legal entities and individuals that generate electricity for their own use are prohibited from connecting electrical devices that generate electricity to the regional power grid. Sale of electricity generated by legal entities and individuals for their own use to other legal entities and individuals may be carried out through their own electricity networks in the manner prescribed by law.
